I am Aleisha Davis, MBA, Licensed Cosmetologist
Many know me as Xin Marie, the passionate owner and dedicated stylist of XM Natural Hair and Color Studio, formerly, XM Studios Salon. My specialty is in textured hair care, providing expert services in hair coloring, maintenance, and growth. My mission is to help you achieve and exceed your hair goals, making you fall in love with your natural hair all over again.
ABOUT ME
I earned my cosmetology license in 2001, fresh out of high school, but my journey in the beauty industry has been anything but linear. After stepping away to explore other career paths and pursue higher education—including earning my MBA from Webster University in 2016—I found my way back to the hair care industry in late 2017.
When I returned to the salon, I made it my mission to combine a professional atmosphere with education. I believe that healthy, beautiful hair starts with knowledge, so I take the time to educate my clients about their hair, the products I use, and the techniques that work best for them. This empowers them to confidently care for and maintain their hair between visits.
What sets me apart? My passion for performing healthy hair and color services that enhance and preserve the integrity of textured hair. From the very first consultation, I work with my clients to meet their hair where it is—whether it's natural, relaxed, or somewhere in between—and guide them on a journey to healthy, radiant hair they can wear proudly.
